Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries. International orders are quoted per-piece once we know the destination; we'll send a shipping estimate with your order confirmation.
How long does a custom piece take?
Standard adjustments ship in 3–4 weeks; full custom commissions take 6–8 weeks from approved drawing. We'll confirm a date before production starts.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes — by appointment. Send a note with the date you'd like to come and we'll confirm a time. We're open Mon–Fri 7–20 and Sun 8–17.
Do you accept wholesale?
Yes, for designers, hotels, and curated retail. Use the "Wholesale inquiry" option above and we'll send our trade terms and current lead times.
